· Senior Adult News is a bi-monthly newspaper that is mailed to approximately 6,600 homes, with an additional 750 delivered to offices, senior centers and businesses in Carrollton, Addison, Coppell and Farmers Branch.

· The paper is tabloid sized and all ads are featured on the mailing page, as indicated below.

· Spot color is used on this page but your ad must be sent as a .pdf grayscale file.

· Your newspaper ad will include your logo (upon receipt) being added to our website for the two month sponsorship period.

· Ad deadline is the first day of the month prior to the issue date. (Jan/Feb deadline is Dec 1^st)

· Payment is expected at time of signed agreement, prior to publication.

· *Please note that in order for us to mail at the non-profit rate, sponsor ads must be approved by the Postal Inspector. This does limit content and requires an early submission for the approval process. If your ad isn’t approved at the non-profit rate, you do have the option of using the ad and paying the additional postage required for the higher bulk mail rate. If you add an insert for delivery in the paper, you are responsible for insertion fee and the resulting increase in postage.
